Established in 2003 as a single business entity by Mr Dumisani Gqwaru & Mr Monwabisi Rwexu, R & G Group of Consultants (Pty) Ltd has, over the years, evolved to a multi-disciplinary professional service provider, which specializes in Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management, Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety Solutions, and Green Building Solutions, to mention a few. This organization takes a lot of pride in its staff, other assets and resources, as it believes that they are the company’s heart and soul.
The company has over the years grown to an extent that, it currently has a national footprint with a staff complement of more than 100 employees, including subsidiaries. With this level of growth, coupled with high level of competition within our industry, it has become imperative that we align our business processes including policies, with those of international companies so that we remain relevant and competitive and in the process, create the best value for its shareholders, employees, customers and other stakeholders.
R & G Group is now a corporate parent to a number of subsidiaries and or business units, many of which operate within the built environment industry but in different segments.
